On 8th of February “Tir-Ar” Travel organized an open lecture on the Armenian ritual cuisine. The lecture was led by writer- publicist, the author of books “Armenian Khorovats -BBQ” and “Tolma”- Mr. Vahe Antanesyan.
Everything concerning Armenian cuisine and ritual system was discussed and tutored during the lecture: the origin of names of Armenian cuisine, the specific features of tondir, pagan festivals and rituals.
Representatives of many local tour companies as well as freelance guides were present to enrich their knowledge on Armenian Cuisine.
